At the RMI Promotora Inmobiliaria business line we aim to deliver professional and specialized services, in order to assist in the best way possible our clients; being primarily land owners and/or investors.
Land development
Land development refers to changing landforms from a natural or semi-natural state to one which is suitable for the construction of housing. This may include, in case of extensive land ownership, the subdivision of the land into various plots.
Construction
This involves above all the planning and coordination of construction activities, as well as the identification of suitable subcontractors (construction company, craftsmen etc.). Jointly with the selected construction company, we will then ensure that above all the quality and the overall execution of the work is met and exceeds the standards.
Turn-key-projects
The RMI Promotora Inmobiliaria is not only involved in the execution of a project itself but delivers in particular a turn-key-project to our client. This means that the company acts as one single contact for the customer.
